Well-being and inclusion, new trends in education 2023-1-PL01-KA122-ADU-000146937

About the project
The New Trends in Education: Well-being and Inclusion project is part of the Erasmus+ short-term projects for the mobility of adult learners and staff in the adult education sector. Mobility is a unique opportunity that allows participants to gain valuable experience and skills in an international environment.
Parád, Hungary 2024
On January 8-13, 2024, we had the pleasure to participate in a training trip to Hungary. The event was aimed at developing skills related to well-being and motivation, and was organized by the German company “Jurgen Licht”. The training was conducted by Jurgen Licht, a certified NVC trainer, who shared his valuable knowledge and experience with us.
The training programme included key topics for mental health, such as the reasons for the decline in well-being in Europe and the increase in emotional and mental problems. We learned about popular methods of building resilience in adults, best practices in this field and effective motivational methods that support changes in attitudes and behaviors. Together with a group of 15 participants, mostly trainers and training organizers, we had the opportunity to share experience and ideas, which enriched our knowledge and skills.
Our impressions from this trip were extremely positive. Thanks to the funding from the Erasmus+ Funds, we had the opportunity to turn theoretical concepts into practical skills. An analysis of the group’s needs, carried out on the basis of initial interviews and a pre-test, allowed us to develop a detailed training plan that took into account our unique experiences and perspectives.
We look forward to further development opportunities through Erasmus+ mobility, which will enable us to further broaden our horizons and strengthen competences in the field of well-being and education.
Novara, Italy 2024
On May 26-30, 2024, we organized a training trip in Italy entitled “Development of FUND staff in the field of integration and support for migrants and refugees”. The training, conducted by the Italian agency Novareckon, was financed by Erasmus+ Funds under the K1 program. The event was attended by 8 employees and volunteers of Polish NGOs and public institutions that cooperate with us with the support of migrants and refugees.
The aim of our mobility was to exchange experiences and learn about European solutions for working with migrants. We had the opportunity to establish new contacts with organizations working for the integration of foreigners, as well as to develop effective methods of action, minimizing the risk in migration projects.
As part of the program, we focused on learning about methods of working with migrants and refugees in Europe and developing effective actions in migration projects. Our activities also included building networks between aid organizations and promoting intercultural integration and exchange, which is a key element in creating an open and diverse society.
Thanks to these experiences, we gained new skills and inspiration to continue working for the social inclusion of migrants and refugees.
