Dear Understanding Foundation Students,

We are delighted to invite you to participate in the Erasmus+ group mobility for adult learners, which will take place in Pescara, Italy from 31 January to 7 February (substantive classes are scheduled from 1 to 6 February).

What will mobility be about?

The program of the trip is focused on the prevention of mental health of young people, support for families and the role of adults (parents, educators, caregivers) in responding to crises. During the classes, we will discuss, m.in, the following topics:

– young people in crisis and building mental resilience,

– digital hygiene and addiction prevention,

– family support and psychological crisis management,

– practical tools for educational and educational work.

The classes will be workshop and interactive, with plenty of space for conversation, reflection and exchange of experiences.

An important element of mobility will be the exchange of experiences with Italian parents and educators, which will allow us to look at similar challenges from the perspective of another culture.

In addition, we will spend one day of the trip on a trip to Rome to learn about Italian history and culture together.

What do we provide?
