Recently, we had the opportunity to take part in the
Breath and Meditation Workshops
. The classes were conducted by Marzena and Rafał Przybylski, experienced development trainers and at the same time wonderful and warm people. During the course, we had the opportunity to learn breathing techniques, unique and effective in dissolving tension, stress or releasing toxins from our body. We practiced yoga, tried to meditate, absorbed knowledge about how our mind works. We strongly encourage you to participate in the workshops led by Marzena and Rafał. All we have to do is start using the techniques we have learned at home and observe how the quality of our life changes from day to day.
