How do we deal with stress?
We encourage you to read the report from the SHSR – Stress & Holistic Self-Regulation international survey, which was attended by 481 people from 26 countries (February–March 2025).
The report reveals alarming data – as many as 88% of respondents experience chronic stress, often in connection with symptoms of burnout. Work, excess responsibilities, family, health and financial problems are the most common sources of tension.
Despite their low knowledge of stress management techniques, many people – especially those in the high-stress group – are very willing to learn psychology and neuroscience-based methods, such as breathing techniques, mindfulness, CBT/ACT, or physical exercise and well-being techniques.
The results of the study show a clear need for free, easily accessible and personalized educational materials that will introduce adults to effective methods of stress reduction and prevention of burnout in an accessible way.
