This report is an evaluation of the Peace of Mind project, an EU-funded initiative that aimed to improve the mental health and well-being of refugees and displaced people from Ukraine. The project focused on three adult training programmes:
- HRE Workshop (381 participants participated in the evaluation study)
- PC program (65 participants in the pre-test, 46 in the first post-test, and 20 in the second-post-test final)
- HRE program (171 participants in the training and 54 people in the control group participating in the picnics)
Surveys and standardised questionnaires were used to assess participant satisfaction and changes in mental well-being. The results indicate that the programs had overall positive effects, with participants reporting improvements in stress management, sleep quality, and overall mental well-being.
The project was financed by the European Union under the EU4Health program.
