EEA Project Summary Gala

“Well-being at school”

Are you interested in the topic of shaping well-being and mental resilience in primary schools? If so, we had the pleasure of inviting participants to a gala summarizing our “Well-being at School” project, which took place in a hybrid form. Some of the participants took part in person, and some online, which allowed everyone to choose a convenient form of participation.

During the project, we implemented:
✅ classroom and online training on selected methods of building immunity,
✅ courses with instructional videos on the educational platform,
✅ research on teacher well-being, which was used to introduce positive changes in educational practice.

During the conference, we summarized our activities and achievements:
🌟 We presented the results of research on mental resilience and stress levels among teachers and students, which revealed key areas for support.
📚 Participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the “Guide – Well-being for Teachers”, containing practical methods of supporting well-being in schools.
📘 A book with stories by Ula Młodnicka, created for primary school students, also had its premiere, which was met with great enthusiasm.

Thank you all for your participation and commitment to the project! Together, we have shown how important it is to take care of ourselves and others. 🌟
