What do they say about our project…
A development program for teachers!
School is probably the last place we associate with well-being. Stress, grades, noise, hard work – these are the first associations that come to mind. Difficult situations are faced not only by students and teachers on a daily basis. So, is there a place for well-being at school? Is it possible to make both children and And the teachers felt better?
In the “Well-being at School“ project, the authors give us a spectrum of psychological approaches, techniques and exercises that can increase our sense of well-being. This is a huge advantage of this project, as we have an overview of different options to choose from, which we can test on ourselves and see which are the best for us. It’s a great opportunity to experience them firsthand, feel their impact on us, and choose what serves us best.
Urszula Młodnicka – project review, training in Kombornia, October 2022
The training on the Well-being at School project was carried out reliably and at a high substantive level. The exercises took the form of professional workshops conducted by experts in various fields.
I heartily recommend reading both the articles of specialists and watching the recordings.
I encourage you to get inspired and find solutions and methods that, among other things, improve the daily work of teachers, reduce tension and stress, and even discover a new path in their professional work.
As a teacher, I wholeheartedly recommend and I am convinced that every educator will find something practical for themselves.
