About the project
The Understanding Foundation has implemented a project co-financed by the European Funds “Multicultural and NonViolence Parenting”.
The project was implemented under the Operational Programme KNOWLEDGE EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT – financing and coordinating transnational staff mobility projects co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund. The aim of the project was to improve the competences of employees and people cooperating with the Understanding Foundation in the field of multicultural, multilingual education, writing and conducting educational projects and the application of Nonviolent Communication in preschool education and parenting; establishing international contacts and expanding the Foundation’s activities.

The result is the acquired knowledge and experience, learning about good practices from other countries, improving the qualifications and motivation of co-workers, a huge base of valuable contacts and strengthening ties both within the organization and with others
