Sometimes you feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, and you would just like to talk to someone who has had similar experiences? We invite you to participate in the <strong data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"540\">free Online Support Group for parents<\/strong>, organized as part of the &#8220;Family Together&#8221; project. The group is intended for both <strong data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"652\">Polish parents<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"701\">parents with migration experience<\/strong> (including refugees). The meetings take place in an atmosphere of understanding, acceptance and mutual support \u2013 regardless of origin, language or history.    <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"910\"><strong data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"613\">For whom?<\/strong><br data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"616\">For parents of children with a certificate or developmental difficulties (including neurodiversity, disabilities, emotional disorders).<br data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"761\">The groups are <strong data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"842\">open to Polish families and families with migration experience<\/strong>, including refugees and immigrants living in Krakow and the surrounding area.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"983\"><strong data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"925\">Where?<\/strong><br data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"928\">Online (on the Zoom platform \u2013 you will receive a link after signing up)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1089\"><strong data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"998\">When?<\/strong><br data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1001\">Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. (duration: 1.5 hours) from July 10, 2025 <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1320\"><strong data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1121\">Who conducts the meetings?<\/strong><br data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1124\">The group is led by an experienced trainer and therapist, certified by the <strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1233\">World Health Organization (WHO),<\/strong> with extensive experience in working with families in crisis and migrant communities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1322\" data-end=\"1602\"><strong data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1353\">What does participation in a group give?<\/strong><br data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1356\">&#8211; Emotional support and a sense of community<br data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1402\">&#8211; Exchange experiences with other parents<br data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1445\">&#8211; Understanding, acceptance and space for honest conversation<br data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1506\">&#8211; Breath and a moment for yourself in a safe company<br data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1558\">&#8211; Opportunity to get tips and inspiration<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1726\">During the meetings, we care about the atmosphere of trust and comfort of the participants.
