About what?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Employee well-being is a key factor in the success of any organization. Companies, organizations, public and educational institutions are increasingly realizing that happy, healthy and motivated employees translate into better business results. <\/p>\n

But what is this employee well-being? What does it consist of? Innovative approaches to supporting the mental health of migrant workers, methods of ensuring well-being in an environment of cultural and linguistic diversity, as well as proven breathing techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and depression \u2013 we will talk about this in many aspects during the conference.
