The conference “Employee well-being in times of migration: why it is worth it and how to do it effectively”<\/strong> was devoted to the key success factor of any organization \u2013 employee well-being. Companies, organizations, public and educational institutions are increasingly realizing that happy, healthy and motivated employees translate into better business results. We discussed innovative approaches to supporting the mental health of migrant workers, methods to ensure well-being in an environment of cultural and linguistic diversity, and proven breathing techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. The conference was full of presentations and workshops conducted by experts and practitioners, providing participants with valuable knowledge and practical skills. We would like to thank all participants for their commitment and active participation! Together, we create a better work environment. <\/p>\n
